The goddess of space; emotional, short-tempered, somewhat grouchy but still keeps it classy and decently professional.
When in good mood, Palkia's a caring, loving, motherly goddess with a great sense of humor. However, it's fairly easy to make her lose said 'good mood' and thus create a "monster". Anger issues, problems with self-control, and overall grumpiness is something Dialga has to be dealing with every single day.
Just as Dialga, Palkia's in good relations with basically everyone, even though she does not fully trust anyone but the god of time himself, often doubting other gods' competences, including Arceus.
