20 Years of Pokemon - Manaphy

So, I suddenly realised who my second favorite Pixie is.

Finally, I was able to work on this, now that my art block is gone. Feels good, man.
Anyway, have a little Manaphy, as she's slowly falling into the oceanic depths...

This is yet another simple one but I'm still pretty happy with what it turned out like and I hope you guys will like it as well~!
